Jay Allis has over 30 years of food service industry experience. Jay’s experience ranges from bus boy all the way to executive chef. On top of that Jay has worked for corporate establishments and independently owned businesses within the industry that allowed him to gain excess knowledge on the inner workings of the food industry.
Jay also has expertise in organization, streamlining, problem-solving, facilitating efficiency operations, functionality, and profitability. In addition to working on special events for the James Beard Foundation, Jay has experience in coffee shops, deli’s, movie catering, fine dining, and white glove catering.
